What To Wear
No specialised clothing is required, a loose fitting T-shirt, shorts and supportive training shoes are recommended. Don’t forget some warmer over clothes for the journey home.
Equipment
All the equipment required including handwraps, gloves, and head guards are available for use within the club free of charge. However those who progress to full contact sparring must wear a gumshield. For safety we recommend the latter is CE approved and fitted by your Dentist.
Your Suitability
The vast majority of generally healthy people below the age of forty years should see significant gains in their health and fitness by regularly attending our sessions. Amateur Boxing and associated exercises have an excellent safety record. However we would suggest you view our ‘Safety’ section before attendance.
