Mick Rowe
Mick Rowe is our assistant ABA coach and has guided our boxers to wins in two thirds of thier competitions.
During the clubs first full season he helped prepare one of our boxers for the Yorkshire ABA Senior Novice Championship in which he reached the final.

Robert Paradise
Robert Paradise (Paz) started boxing at the Stainland Boxing Club at the age of 9 years. He subsequently became involved in Muay Thai Boxing and has won several competitions. Two years ago he became an ABA approved assistant boxing coach.
During the clubs first season he helped guide our boxers to wins in two thirds of thier competitions including one boxer who reached the Yorkshire Senior Novice Finals.
Hobbies & Interests
Paz has a keen interest in health and physical fitness. He is a an extremeley able cyclist and is a member of the Audax Uk Long Distance Cycling Organistation. During the last few months he has won several long distance races including a 200 mile event that he completed in ten hours.
His other interests include the science of exercise and nutrition together with playing the guitar.
